Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the site or purchasing any of our products or
memberships.

Dear Daughter Club is a digital-first media and community platform offering
letters, guides, digital downloads, courses, and physical goods (together, “Products”). These Terms govern all use
of our website, online store, and community spaces. By visiting our site or purchasing something, you agree to be
bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after such
changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this site and
make purchases. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the site complies with local laws in your
jurisdiction.
3. Products and Services
We offer both digital products
(e.g., PDFs, courses, memberships, printables, audio content) and physical products (e.g., planners, cards, printed materials). All descriptions, prices, and availability
are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Digital Downloads
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate or email-based access to your
files. Sharing or reselling these materials is strictly prohibited.
Physical Products
Shipping times vary by destination. Customs duties or import taxes may apply and
are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise noted. Payments are securely processed through Stripe or other approved processors. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and agree to be charged the total purchase amount, including any applicable taxes or shipping fees.
5. Refunds and Returns
We want you to feel safe and satisfied with every purchase.
Digital Products
Because of the instant-access nature of digital files, refunds are generally not provided after download. However, we offer a 7-day emotional-satisfaction guarantee on select programs (such as The First Season). If you feel the product is not right for you within seven (7) days of purchase, please email us — we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Physical Products
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty.
6. Community Membership
Access to our private membership spaces (“The Inner Circle” or similar) is granted to paying members only. You may not share your login credentials or distribute community content externally. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any member whose behavior violates our community guidelines, including harassment, hate speech, or promotional spam. No refunds will be given for termination due to breach of conduct.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, videos, voice recordings, and downloadable materials — is the property of Element 13 d.o.o. or its licensors You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent. The Dear Daughter Club name, logo, and related designs are protected trademarks.

may vary based on personal effort, context, and circumstances. By engaging with our materials, you acknowledge

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Element 13 d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total
liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Slovenia and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
