Physical Products

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise noted. Payments are securely processed through Stripe or other approved processors. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and agree to be charged the total purchase amount, including any applicable taxes or shipping fees.
5. Refunds and Returns
We want you to feel safe and satisfied with every purchase.
Digital Products
Our guides are digital downloads delivered instantly, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Please read the product description and preview pages before you buy. If your file is missing, damaged or won’t open, email us and we’ll send you a working copy straight away.
Physical Products
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty.
6. Community Membership
Access to our private membership spaces (“The Inner Circle” or similar) is granted to paying members only. You may not share your login credentials or distribute community content externally. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any member whose behavior violates our community guidelines, including harassment, hate speech, or promotional spam. No refunds will be given for termination due to breach of conduct.
